Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors who wish to distribute the 
WizCat/PRO package should carefully read the 'Vendor Information'
section in WIZCAT.HLP, and must comply with the terms and conditions
as stated in the license agreement regarding distribution of the 
WizCat/PRO package.
The complete license agreement is contained in file WIZCAT.HLP.

The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
regarding the distribution of the shareware evaluation version 
of WizCat/PRO (hereafter, "the SOFTWARE") :


Distribution of the SOFTWARE using any other method (for example: via
rack vending methods, sale in a retail store, sale at a trade show, 
as part of some more inclusive product or service) requires special
written authorization from the author, which may be subject to 
special licensing terms.
No vendor, individual, group, or entity has a license to distribute the
SOFTWARE using any other method without special written authorization 
from the author.

Without special written authorization from the author, no vendor, 
individual, group, or entity is authorized to provide a registration
service for the SOFTWARE or to handle registrations for the SOFTWARE 
on behalf of the author.

Distribution of the SOFTWARE without a license to do so is explicitly
prohibited.
Liquidated damages for unauthorized distribution shall not be less than
$5.00 (in U.S. funds) for each individual copy of the SOFTWARE that is
sold or transferred by the vendor, individual, group, or entity without 
a license to do so.
